Josué Christiano Gomes da Silva. Mr. Gomes da Silva has a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Law degree from Faculdade Milton Campos. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, Tennessee (USA). He is the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Wembley S.A., CTNM, Empresa Nacional de Comércio, Crédito e Participações S.A., Encorpar and Companhia Tecidos Santanense. He is currently the chief executive officer of the following companies: José Alencar Gomes da Silva - Participações e Empreendimentos S.A., Fazenda do Cantagalo Ltda., Econorte - Empresa Construtora Norte de Minas Ltda and Ecopar - Empresa de Comércio e Participações Ltda. Josué is a member and of the board of directors and former chairman of the Instituto de Estudos para o Desenvolvimento Industrial (Institute of Studies for Industrial Development), or IEDI, vice-chairman of Conselho de Empresários da América Latina (board of entrepreneurs of Latin America), or CEAL, former chairman of the board of directors of Associação Brasileira da Indústria Têxtil e de Confecção (the Brazilian Association of Textile and Apparel Industry), or ABIT, and a member of the Owen School Corporate Council of Vanderbilt University. Additionally, he has been a Board member of EMBRAER since April 2011. Pedro Garcia Bastos Neto. Mr. Neto has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and in economic engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Minas Gerais. He attended the specialization course of administration under an agreement between Columbia University and Fundação João Pinheiro. He attended an executive textile course in ETIQT in 1976, in addition to several professional improvement courses at Fundação João Pinheiro, SENAI and FIEMG. Mr. Bastos Neto was a technical assistant and head production engineer at Celite Indústria e Comércio S.A. and an executive officer at Indústria de Azulejos Pirapora S.A. e Poliplan—Polígono Planejamento S.A. He is currently the executive vice-president of Coteminas and has been Springs Global’s executive vice-president since January 24, 2006.

Alessandra Eloy Gadelha. Mrs. Gadelha has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master’s degree in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to joining Springs Global, she has worked in the investor relations department at Vale S.A., from 2005 to 2009, and Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A., from 2010 to 2015.

Daniel P. Tredwell. Mr. Tredwell has an undergraduate degree from Miami University, (USA) and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Mr. Tredwell was one of the founding executive officers of the high yield corporate finance department of Chase and, subsequently, an officer of the leverage finance department of Chase Securities Inc. Mr. Tredwell is currently the chief executive officer and senior executive officer of the private equity fund Heartland Industrial Partners and a member of the board of TriMas Corporation, Springs Industries, and Asahi-Tec Corporation, a company with its head office in Japan. He has also been a member of Springs Global’s board of directors since January 24, 2006.

Ricardo dos Santos Jr. Mr. Santos Jr. has a degree in Law from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte, a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York (EUA). Mr. Ricardo Jr. is vice-president of ENCORPAR - Empresa Nacional de Comércio, Rédito e Participações S.A. Previously, he worked in the private equity group at Gávea Investimentos in Rio de Janeiro and at Citi’s investment bank in New York. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Companhia de Fiação e Tecidos Santo Antônio, and alternate member of the board of directors of CTNM. He has also been a member of the company’s board of directors since April 30, 2010. He also serves in the Board of Directors of Cia. de Fiação e Tecidos Cedro Cachoeira.

João Pinheiro Nogueira Batista. Mr Batista has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-RJ and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Economics Enginerring from Gama Filho University. Since August 2014, Mr. Batista is CEO of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Brasil Seguros S.A., and he is a member of the Board of Directors of Cerradinho group (in ethanol and energy businesses), of Canopus group and Instituto de Reciclagem do Adolescente-Reciclar (non-profit organization). He had several executive position, among them, Executive President of Isolux Infrastructure, CEO of Bertin, CEO of Suzano Petroquímica e Vice-President of Suzano Holding, CFO of Petrobras, as well as managing director of Dresdner Bank Brasil. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBRI and Vice-President of Board of Directors of IBGC.

(USA) in 1986, analyst, manager, partner and executive officer of Capitaltec S.A. from 1986 to 1991, manager, partner and executive officer of Banco de Investimentos Garantia S.A. from 1991 to 1998 and executive officer of Credit Suisse First Boston from 1998 to 2003. He is currently the incorporator of SPM Participações Ltda. and has been a member of Springs Global’s board of directors since January 24, 2006.

Pedro Henrique Chermont de Miranda. Pedro Chermont is a founding partner of Leblon Equities Asset Management and a fund manager. Mr Chermont has 17 years experience in the Brazilian stock market, having worked 13 years at Investidor Profissional (IP), one of the first independent asset management companies in Brazil, where he was the manager responsible for certain equity funds amounting to approximately U.S. $ 1.5 Billion. Mr Chermont is a member of the Board of Directors of Mills Andaimes do Brasil and Companhia Brasileira de Distribution (CBD). He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from PUC-RJ.

Pedro Hermes da Fonseca Rudge. Pedro Rudge is a founding partner of Leblon Equities and its chief financial and administrative officer. Mr Rudge has 16 years of experience in the Brazilian asset management market. From 2004 to 2008, he worked at Investidor Profissional as a member of the investment team and in 2006 became a partner. Mr Rudge was responsible for structuring investment vehicles and analysis of corporate governance. From 2002 to 2004, Mr Rudge worked at Bradesco-Templeton, where he was a senior analyst focused in the areas of telecom and capital goods, and was personally involved in analyzing, managing and divesting of several investments. From 1996 to 2002, Mr Rudge worked at Latinvest Asset Management, a firm specialized in emerging markets, where he had the opportunity to start a career as a trader and fund manager. He served as a member of the Fiscal Councils of companies such as Empresa Brasileira de-Compressors Embraco SA (Brazilian subsidiary of Whirlpool), Tele Nordeste Celular Participações SA (TIM Nordeste), Trafo Electric Equipment SA, Renner SA Participações SA and Globex. Mr Rudge has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Faculdade Candido Mendes.
